Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all promotional items and samples included with the purchase are also returned.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
